Established in 2019 under the L&L Painting Co. umbrella, CMR Civil has a distinguished team with experience across all facets of the civil construction industry.

With a culture of collaboration and precision, CMR Civil is structured for excellence from estimating through closeout. We plan projects comprehensively from the outset and maintain full team involvement throughout execution. We are fully unionized, a member of the General Contractors Association (GCA), and maintain strong relationships with top-tier subcontractors and MWDBE partners across the industry.
